New innovative food products with apples as a base has endless potential. Ballyhoura Apple Farm has a number of new innovative apple based products developed.We hope to develop much further our mail order business which will connect the end consumer direct to the producer. The internet is a crucial element of this strategy. Ballyhoura Apple Farm is also in discussions with some larger multiple supermarket operators. Markets have been identified in London for Ballyhoura Apple Farm’s Original Irish Red Mulled Apple Juice and “Atlantic Apple” product range.  Our long term plan is, subject to planning permission where required, to create a Visitor Centre at Clashganniv in the old farm buildings.
