Ballyhoura Apple Farm is located at Clashganniv outside Churchtown village in North County Cork. Maurice Gilbert is the full time owner / manager of Ballyhoura Apple Farm and is busy developing this exciting rural business by attending several farmers' markets throughout Munster weekly as well as working on new product development and marketing. Each year the crop is pressed into apple juice and marketed locally as Ballyhoura Pure Irish Apple Juice. One of the very first artesian Cider production licences was granted to Ballyhoura Apple Farm and small quantities of Apple Cider is now under production. Salad Dressings are also being developed using only the finest Ballyhoura Apple Farm produce.
